Appointments and Drop-Off Services:

Please call for an appointment. Often you can come in the same day. Our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate your request to the best of their ability. Appointments and drop offs are accepted from 7:30 to 5:15 Monday through Friday and 7:30 to 11:45 on Saturday. Calling before you come to the clinic makes your visit much better. We have your record available and are aware of any past problems with your pet. Calling also lessens the chance of an extended wait.

Boarding:

At Eastmont Animal Clinic we take the best possible care of your pet while you are away. We care for them as if they were our own and we love it when our regulars return. We understand, being pet owners ourselves, it can be hard leaving your pet behind. To put your mind at ease we welcome you to tour our boarding facility. Our boarding facility consists of two heated and cooled boarding areas. Dogs have large indoor runs with a large play yard and the cats are in a separate area with litter boxes in their cages. Baths are available upon request at a reduced boarding rate. All of the pets boarding with us must be up to date an all vaccinations. It is important to call ahead to schedule boarding reservations, especially during the holidays. Call us today at 334-272-5656.

Emergency and Urgent Care:

Emergencies are accepted anytime the doctor is in the clinic. If unable to reach Eastmont Animal Clinic in an emergency take your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary facility. Carriage Hills Animal Emergency Clinic is available on night and weekends. Call 334-277-2867

Payments:

Eastmont Animal Clinic accepts payments via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Care Credit . So that we can continue to provide high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
